During the long stretch of COVID, I kept pushing.

But what started as resilience eventually turned into survival mode.

Even when things “returned to normal,” my nervous system didn’t.
The mental fog lingered.

And the stress loops felt permanent.

I tried all the usual fixes—rest, routines, supplements, mindset hacks.
Nothing touched it.

Then I discovered something that changed everything:
